Hi there @Nanalyn, great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not connecting with your Samsung Phone or with your Kindle. Let me help you with this!
First, I'd recommend making sure that your devices are compatible by checking the list of compatible devices. It seems like the Kindle is not a compatible device, so your tracker may sync with a different one and the information gets updated in the Kindle but doesn't sync to it directly. It would be matter of making sure that your Samsung phone is compatible too.
Once you've verified that your Samsung phone is compatible, set up your Blaze as a new device, For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
About the Charge HR, tap on it from the icon on the Dashboard, then scroll down to the bottom and tap on the option that says "Forget this device" and that way you will get rid of it.
Hope this helps and anything else you may need, let me know!
