Blaze won't sync or reset

I did the update to my blaze yesterday, took 2.5hrs to update.  After it did sync, I had changed my clock face.  Updated a couple settings and was working fine.  I do get notifications and text messages on it but I can't sync to the app.  I tried restarting my phone, turned bluetooth off and on.  I also read up on how to reset the blaze and I hold the two right buttons and it pops up the notification menu then the music control drops down but does not reset.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Close @Shepps, you had the right idea; but the wrong buttons:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Your tracker should now work normally.

If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.

Let us know how it goes, should clear it up for you - so glad you are here bud!

I updated my blaze on Tuesday.  Since then it's only partially syncing.  For example, it didn't get the total steps I walked yesterday, did not capture my sleep or my active minutes.  Anyone know what's going on?

@atlcarole not knowing which phone you have, I suggest looking at the dashboard on Fitbit.com, I find that my app doesn't always update with the data that is displayed on the web.

Alternatively tap on the step tile, the next page seems to be correct for me.

Thanks for help.  After reading another post, I tried resetting my Blaze and now everything syncs.
