I've had my Blaze for 5 months. Now the clock is all wrong, it won't sync and the update says it's "loading" and then does nothing and stops. Help!

I was having the same issues. Before you forget the device and reconnect it in Bluetooth settings, make sure your Bluetooth pairing is turned to "pair" under settings on the actual blaze watch. somehow mine got turned off and I couldn't update it or sync it, but all is good now.

Those solutions are great for Apple users, but what about Android? I've tried all those solutions and nothing is working. Finally removed the device from the FitBit app and now it won't reload. It app can find the Blaze, but keeps giving me errors. Any suggestions?

New blaze owner.
i set it up with my iPhone, no problems with synching.
Then set it up with my Samsung x4 cover. It setup ok but would not synchronize, UNTIL I turned off Wifi and turned on Data!
Apart from that, it is working fine

@SunsetRunner and @Butchko this is not uncommon with Android phones and is caused from the fact that almost all Android phones use the same antenna for Bluetooth and Wifi.

I stopped using this blaze for nearly 8 months now cuz of **ahem** freaking update. I gave up and I saw this again in my drawer, then again I'm freaking annoyed. I even have to update IOS, waited for like an hour, even installed the setup on laptop, didn't work! But I still didn't give up, I had to forget everything and went to fitbit watch and pair it once again.. dang I've done it for more than 100 times even tried to my android phone. F**k this, it FINALLY WORKED! ALSO WORKED WITH MY iPhone!

I was having these same issues. Thanks for posting though, holding the left and bottom right button for 10 seconds solved the problem. Thank you!
