Blaze won't sync or update

Watch shows the wrong time and won't connect with app.

Mine did the same thing, I had it less than a month so I returned to the store and exchanged it for another one. Hopefully this one will work, but I'm already having trouble to set it up 😞

I hooked my Blaze up to my laptop and did the update and now the Blaze is working at least. Still not aware if it will sync yet. Will keep you posted.

I contacted tech support when I was having difficulties getting my Blaze to sync with my iPhone.  I had tried every suggestion on the troubleshooting list with no success.  The support person suggested I turn off Bluetooth on my laptop and iPad and try again.  It worked!
