My blaze won’t sync and my phone doesn’t recognize it in Bluetooth. I have restarted both my blaze and phone. Any ideas? Thanks

Thank you for sharing this information about your Blaze that hasn't been syncing. Before considering other options, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.
Also, if you haven't done so already, try to complete all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, this has been useful to other users in the Community.
