I have just bought the blaze and I cannot sync to my s7, I have tried all of the troubleshooting but nothing works I cannot see in available devicesit will sync to my iPad though. Does anyone else have any ideas on how to solve please?

@Trouble36 If you currently have your Blaze connected to your iPad, you need to turn off bluetooth on the iPad, then try connecting to your S7. The trackers can only connect to one device at a time.

No I completely removed it from my iPad then tried to connect to my phone. My phone can't see the device at all!

Welcome to the Community @Trouble36! Thanks for the advice @Kmransom123! I was checking the compatible devices list and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is a supported one. I would like you to make sure that you're doing this syncing procedure in order to get it working.
Also, are you getting any error message that's not letting you sync it?
