Couldn't get Blaze to sync with my Samsung Galaxy S7. Went through all of the online suggestions, including deleting and reinstalling the app. When I reinstalled it, I got a new format and the Blaze still would not sync and it did not provide the steps and sleep. Those are the things I really use it for. Contacted online support, she was very nice, went through all of the steps I did last night except for reinstalling the app. Anybody have any idea? The Blaze works, tracks my steps, etc. Just want sync with phone and the new format does not track steps or sleep. Any help is appreciated.
