Blaze won’t sync to phone for running

Hi, my blaze won’t connect to the phone when I want to use it’s for a run outside. It says keep checking the Fitbit app. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, repaired the phone and Fitbit and nothing. Any other suggestions?

First of all, I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are having problem with the GPS connected feature, I recommend taking a look at the My Blaze GPS is not working post and follow the instructions provided there.
