Blaze won't sync to the Fitbit app

My Fitbit won’t connect to the tracker. I just received as a gift and it alternates between the Fitbit symbol and a blurry screen. Also keeps vibrating.

Which tracker do you have? The Blaze has been out of production for several years now.
