Blaze won't sync unless charged

Hi, my blaze won't sync unless I connect charger and charge for 10 mins.  Once I disconnect the charger, the Fitbit syncs. This happens even if the battery has over 25% battery (also when the battery is fully charged) I tend not to let the blaze get below 20% battery.  I'm sync with a windows 10 laptop with Fitbit app.

Any help appreciated.

Hey there @997thumper. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I'm sorry you're having problems to sync your tracker unless it has been charged previously for a while. This is not something that should be happening so I can suggest restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, try to sync it and see how it goes.
