Blaze won't sync with my phone anymore

phone says it is paired with blaze. fitbit software on phone says not

Are you saying that the Blaze is not connected to your fitbit account? You will need to set it up. 

Are you saying that you get a message on the app to connect the Blaze? Tap on the message and follow the prompts. 

I'm not sure where on the phone, you are seeing connected. Your blaze should only connect during sync, weather, notifications and GPS. 

Bluetooth shows that the blaze is a trusted device. Sometimes tempo img the blaze from the phones Bluetooth (not the fitbit app) will fix a sync issue.
