I have upgraded my phone today to a Samsung s8 plus, I managed to set up my Blaze and sync it the first time, but since then it will not sync, I've tried restarting, turning on and off Bluetooth, still doesn't work.
Help 😔

It's great to welcome you @Kim938.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()

Here is what I do in my S8
Go into settings, applications, Fitbit, clear cache. I usually kill app.
Restart the Fitbit app, let it go through the sync process. Still shows a failure to sync, restart phone, app says last sync something like 10 minutes ago.
Yes the app has synced but never told me or showed any signs. Going to Fitbit.com also shows the sync was succefull even when the app disagrees.
