I’ve just bought an iPhone 7 and downloaded the fit bit app but my Fitbit won’t sync to the app - any suggestions?

Is your old phone still around? If so, make sure there isn't a connection to the Blaze in the bluetooth settings that may be blocking connection to the new phone.
