I have forced closed the app, restarted the phone and the Blaze, but it still won't connect to my phone and hasn't synced for the past week

Mine synched yesterday but not today and I cannot get the firmware update to go through. Most of the time it cannot find the Blaze, then sometimes it won't connect to the Blaze once found, and the one time I actually got it to find and connect for the firmware update, it still failed. Since I got the notification of the firmware update I cannot get it to sync. Tried shutting down phone, Blaze and App, and nothing is working properly.
For a while now I've had an issue with the Blaze staying connected via bluetooth to my phone. I frequently have to go in and manually make it connect. But even when I do that now, I cannot get the firmware update or the sync going.

Mine hasn't been syncing with my galaxy 7j since Oct 31. Wondering if it's the same problem.

Apparently reading through some other threads there is a bit of an issue with Samsung's because of their changes to bluetooth security (I think that's what they said) but you should be able to sync more frequently than that. I did finally get the update (about the time I was writing that I couldn't....I think it knew LOL) and now having some different issues. Going to charge it up again and restart everything and hope for the best.
