Blaze won't synch with my phone.

Blaze won't synch with my phone.   I do all the resets, have deleted my app and reinstall, everything I've read in the community boards that would help with a reset.   Some days it works, some days not, no consistency.   I shouldn't have to fix this every day.  Please help.

Is the phone on the supported list?

Yes, my Samsung Galaxy S7 is on the supported list.  I still have to do several hard resets of my fitbit every day to get it to synch to the app.   I restart the phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone.  I still have to go thru this same process every single day.

I’m having the same issue as well, it just started happening a few days ago.
