Blaze won't track all my steps

Hi everyone,

 

I did a run yesterday morning towards my 1 million steps challenge. I noticed my steps from the run were captured on the app and every other steps I took throughout the day which made me pass the 11,000 steps were not recorded. This is the first time I am seeing this and it means I have lost about 5000 steps records.

 

Secondly I linked my Fitbit to the Diabetics UK One Million Step Challenge to automatically record my steps but no data has been pulled since I started.  The website actually shows that I am connected to the Fitbit. This works well last year.

 

I will be grateful for any help or advise.
