My Blaze is approximately 2 1/2 years old, it has started to not register floors and also at times will not show I have incoming emails and calls. I have reset it several times but it still doesn’t work with stairs. My question is, is there anything I can do to correct these issues, or is my Blaze starting to wear out? I have liked this watch from the beginning and I really hope there is a fix for these problems. Thank you.

Hi @NJOS, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thank you so much for already restarting your Blaze.
I was wondering if your Blaze is still not tracking your floors? Let me share that the Blaze uses an altimeter to track floors, and registers a floor when detecting continuous motion combined with an elevation gain of about 10 feet. There are some factors that may prevent your device from counting floors. For example, if you pause when you go up a flight of stairs, your device will not count the floor or if the flight you climbed is less than 10 feet. Exposure to excess moisture can also cause result in fewer floors, so make sure to not wear it too tight or loose.
In regards to the notifications, I'd recommend to follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Let me know if there's anything else I may do to assist you with.
