My new Blaze (I've had it less than 6 months) stopped tracking steps and heart rate. After performing a system reset, the green lights are now flashing but it will not read or report heart rate. It also does not report sleep and when I plug it in the screen flickers. It does still alert me about emails and I can read them on the screen.

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've experienced with the Blaze device not tracking your steps and heart; and thank you for confirming that you already tried the restart procedure as well.
I've gone ahead and sent your information to the customer support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. They will let you know how to proceed with this.
