Blaze won't turn on after charging

Charged my fit bit blaze and now it won't turn on. Any ideas what happened?

A warm welcome to the Community @Jacqshut.

 

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After this process, your display should illuminate.

After fully charging and placing back into the band it will not turn on.

Tried your suggestion and still nothing. This is a brand new watch.

Tried the method mentioned previously dbut no joy.

I have tried to restart holding the buttons mentioned but it still will not turn on only see the warning triangle with a thermometer in.
