Blaze won’t turn on and gets very hot when charging

Hello.  My Blaze seems to have died this morning.  It won’t turn on at all.  I tried several times to do the reset, but it hasn’t worked.  Then I tried charging for awhile, but not only did that not work, the blaze itself became extremely hot.  Any ideas on what could be wrong?  Thanks in advance for any help!
