Blaze won't turn on away from charger

So I had stopped using my Blaze for a while because of charger issues. I bought a new charger and the screen displayed a full battery. I updated it while on the charger, but as I took it off the charger, it wouldn't turn on. I simultaneously tried to reset it, but nothing.

 

While connected to the charger, it let's me see the clock screen and swipe up or down to see the notification screen and music screen. It will only occasionally let me swipe left to see the rest of the rest of the features. Unfortunately, its already been past my 1 year warranty so I'm unable to get a replacement.

 

Any ideas on why its doing this or what I can do to fix it?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Can you please confirm these are the steps you followed in order to restart your Blaze:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I'm having the same problem and restarting it never worked
