My battery ran flat on my Blaze, when I went to charge it (screen was still on) it wouldn't charge. Now it won't charge or turn on. Have tried a reset, hasn't worked. What's my next option?

Hi, @jmock87, I would suggest leaving it to charge in the usual way you charge it for at least two hours. even if it does not seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try the restart again. If it is still unresponsive, repeat the restart procedure at least twice more.
If after that it still does not come back to life get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time. They will take it from there.

Hello, I had similar trouble, I charging my device always using the power adapter( like cellphone power adapter) by wall outlet and 3 days ago my device stopped charger and Now only get charger using Computer USB port and the battery life its better than charging by wall outlet.
