Blaze won’t turn on out of charger

Hi I’ve had my blaze since April I’ve not worn it for a couple of months went to charge it the other day and would light up once in charger but wouldn’t charge, watched a YouTube video tonight and a guy turned his charger upside down so connections were touching properly just checked my Fitbit and shows itsfully charged. Thought my problem was solved but just gone to take it out the charger And put in my bracelet but it doesn’t seem to turn on outside  of the charger I’ve tried everything the fitibit website recommends and I’ve tried a reset but nothing.

any help would be great

I have the similar problem. I even looked at youtube videos to help me solve this problem and looked at the troubleshooting the fitbit website provides but nothing seems to fix the fact that my fitbit blaze wont turn on after I take it out of the charger, even though it displays that it is fully charged when its in the charging port. Please resolve this issue fitbit
