Blaze won't turn on

Hi. Got a Fitbit Blaze for xmas and went to use it and it wouldn't turn on. Managed to sync it while it was plugged in but soon as removed to put back in to start it went off and is unresponsive. Please help!

Did you let it charge all the way? First time takes about 2 hours.

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Yes had it in charge for about 4 hours. It says battery is full. Also tried to restart several times. Very frustrating and annoying
