I went for my first run after getting my Blaze 3 days ago, it has worked perfectly, after I come home from my run, my Blaze shows no signs of life even in the cradle I have held down all the buttons and still nothing. Any tips or advice? Please

A warm welcome to the Community @SuperSub67, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.
If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, confirm that you are doing the following in order to restart your tracker:
- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
Hope to hear from you soon.
