I posted this before but I got the name of my watch wrong. I have the blaze. It wont turn on. Its fully charged and lights up when its plugged in but goes black as soon as its unplugged. The app says its fully charged.

Thanks for bringing this up. I will be moving this thread to the Blaze board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

Try to restart your Fitbit with the steps listed in this help article. That should help so that your Blaze turns on and starts working correctly.
