The green lights on the back of my Fitbit are flashing, and my computer recognizes it as being attached when I plug it in, but my screen won’t turn on. I’ve already tried to do a restart on it by holding the two side buttons. Any other suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @MerladyAbbey.
Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue by yourself. Have you tried to change your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the instructions provide in the help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()

Alejandra, I'm confused. She cannot turn on the blaze, so how would you expect anyone to change the clock face if you can't turn it on? I also cannot turn on my blaze and the reset method does not work.

I'm having the same issue, green lights are working on the back but the screen will not come on.

Just got mine back on. Try holding all three buttons down at the same time.
