Hey, so I'm sure this topic has been discussed and I've read most of the comments on it, but I decided to try getting some advices by myself. So here is the situation, I have a fitbit blaze for about 3 years now and until recently it was working really well I loved it, but now I have some bad times with this device. Out of the sudden it just turned off. A few times I managed to turn it back on, but it always turned back off in a few minutes. I tried charging it but for some reason the device started overheating while charging and didn't hold any charge at all. Now when I connect it back to the charger the screen turns on but it stays blank. It only shines and when I disconnect it from the charger it turns off immediately and the overheating problem is still happening. I've tried to restart it, I've tried restarting it while holding it to the charger so that it has some juice and nothing... I saw that a lot of people had similar problems with the blaze and i really miss using it, so if anyone can help it would be great, thanks!😊
