Blaze won't turn on

I let my battery die in my blaze and now it won't charge or turn on.... I cleaned my blaze and tried different usb ports... now what do i do🙁

Have you gone through all the steps in this help article

 

You can try restarting with these steps:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.

(If you cannot get it to restart now, try putting it on the charger for a couple of hours and then try again.  If nothing works, contact support

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not turning on 😕 Have you been able to try @Baltoscott's great suggestions?

 

I'd also like to know if you can sync your tracker or if you see any information on your dashboard that can tell you that it's syncing. Please let us know if you still need more help with this. We'll be happy to assist!
