Fitbit Blaze won't turn on when taken out of the cradle. I have updated the firmware, tried the reset by holding the left and bottom right buttons for 15 seconds, reset has no effect. Blaze turns off as soon as taken from cradle. I can do everything when it's in the cradle and the power is switched on but that's it. Please help.

A warm welcome to the Community @H3lp, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @SunsetRunner for stopping by.
I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with your Blaze display?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
Good evening all. Apologies for the delayed response, day job taking over.... I tried scrolling left to the settings and there was no reset on option on the blaze. However I did select the shutdown option but this made no difference at all. Have sent a small video support to show that blaze is 'dead' when taken from the charging cradle.
Best AnswerSorry, my bad I was referring to the Ionic not the Blaze, sometimes I forget which area I'm in sorry if I caused you any confusion. I hope you can get things sorted out ok, good luck

Thanks for the update @H3lp and it's great to see you around @SunsetRunner.
Unfortunately, I am not able to see the video you sent but don't worry, since the troubleshoot you tried didn't work, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further assistance.
