Blaze won’t turn on

I got my blaze on friday and charged it over not, i have not be able to get my blaze to turn on since or sync to me phone! I’ve been reading everything and doing all suggestions i could find but have had no luck!! Can anyone help??

I have the exact same problem. My Blaze was delivered yesterday (Saturday) charged overnight, synced with phone and won’t turn on off of the charger?

Hey @Cm248y04 and @Carpenter1997 a warm welcome to the Forums.

 

Thanks for troubleshoot this by yourselves and would like to know if you have to restart your units? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your trackers by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Did this and nothing happened so had to return it
