After I charge my Blaze it won't turn on, when I put it back in the charging pod it shows full bars. When I take it back put the screen goes black and wont turn on. I've tried many times to reset it. What else can I do?

I'm having the exact same issue, had to create a twitter account just to get in contact with Fitbit Support -__-
