Blaze won’t turn on

I received a Blaze as an award and after 2 months in just sitting in the box I finally created an account. Put in to charge but once I take it off the charger it won’t turn on. In the charger it says fully charged. I try resetting 3 times as people mentioned but no life once out of the charger?

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Please confirm that these are the steps you followed in order to restart your tracker:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
