Blaze flat out stopped working today. Middle of the day, Fitbit logo popped up on screen, with not response from buttons. 10 mins later cut off. Thought it might be battery, charged it for 2hrs, tried a reset (left, bottom right button), and nothing happened. Cleaned all connections and placed back on charger for another few hours. Warranty needs to be more than just a year, especially when it’s a faulty product and no damage was done to it. Only option support gave me was, “buy a new Fitbit”. Come on guys! Have better customer service than that.

I don’t know that I will be using that discount. Your watches/trackers are expensive, and I’m not sure they are worth the money if they will continue to fail after a year or so. Will be considering Garmin or the iWatch. Not sure yet if I’ll comeback to Fitbit.
