Blaze won't turn on

Please help!

 

My Fitbit Blaze was working and fully charged. In a couple minutes, it went completely black, the green light was not on either. I have attempted to put it on the charger, hoping it would do something. That didn't do any good. What would you guys recommend?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Good morning,

My Blaze is completely charged but will not turn on I have tried resetting but nothing is happening. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for the reply! I have tried this multiple times. Nothing seems to work. I have had it for almost 2 yrs, so I'm guessing it had a good run. Its probably time to get a new one anyways.

Im in the same situation here... I've tried just about everything. How long have you had it? If its less than a yr, they'll help you replace it. I had mine for almost two, and they cant replace it.... They give you a year warranty:)
