Blaze won't turn on

While out running I suddenly realized that my blaze had stopped working as if it was gone dead (had fully charged it). When I returned home, I tried charging it but nothing happened.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Blaze isn't turning on, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
