All of a sudden, the display screen started flickering and data was scrolling wildly across the screen. As of today, the screen is not displaying anything. When plugged in charger, there is no indication of the device charging.

Hey @Fola, welcome to the Community.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

I usually turn my Fitbit Blaze off when I’m commuting to and from work since it is unable to differentiate between me walking/ running/ cycling and my riding a motorcycle. I’ve been doing this for a long time - turning off and turning on the Fitbit Blaze twice a day every day.
Like always I turned it off today evening too, on my way back home. It just will not turn back on now.
1. I have tried charging it.
2. I have cleaned the contact points on the Fitbit Blaze and the charger too.
3. I have tried multiple times to restart/ reset the Fitbit Blaze by pressing the Left button and the Right Lower button for ~10 seconds.
But it just doesn’t turn on. What now?

This tip just saved me from a meltdown! My blaze ran out of battery today, I put it on charge and... nothing. Wouldn't turn on, no evidence of it charging... I thought it was gone! Then I held the buttons down and it came on, AND it was fully charged!
Thanks!!

I replied to ypur post but apparently, it didn't get submitted.
I have tried restarting the tracker by holding down the bottom right and left buttons. The device will not restart. What next?
