Blaze won't turn on

Good morning,

 

I think I put this question in the wrong place so I am doing it again. I woke up this morning and my Blaze showed no display. I thought even though I just charged it the day before maybe it was dead. When I took it off to charge I noticed the green lights were on. Placed it into the cradle and nothing happened on the screen. The last time I looked at it was around 9:30 pm yesterday.

 

Is there a way to reset it or IDK? Can you please help me? I have a heart issue and really rely on the readings of my Fitbit. Thank you!

Hey @misspanda, it's great to see you around.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
