Blaze won't turn on

New Fitbit won't charge or turn on, all I'm getting while it's in cradle charger is the clock face or the battery bar showing 1 red bar, as soon as out of charger nothing just blank screen, tried charging with different laptops different plugs, different sockets, still nothing, already had a replacement charger, am I missing something? Got other Fitbit in housework perfect, thanks, what time does chat come on line in UK? Been trying for last few days to get on but always saying last available rep has just been taken, etc.
