Fitbit has the ability to send upgrades. I assume they have the ability to turn off the device. My Blaze will not turn on, battery is charged held the left and lower right buttons still will not turn on. For the amount of money I spent I expect a good quality product Quality products and good company services is what keeps customers coming back

Hi @Themotivator Fitbit has the ability to send firmware updates and newer versions of the app. They do not have the ability to turn off (or on) any of our devices. My Blaze died on the charger and stayed black, despite trying the buttons. It's possible your Blaze came to the end of it's life. I miss mine.
