Blaze won't vibrate when main goal is reached

I got my Blaze a few weeks ago and set my main goal to steps. When I reach 8,000 steps it doesn't vibrate to tell me I've achieved my goal. It vibrates for all other notifications. I reset it and it vibrated once for steps, but hasn't done so since?

I know you said you restarted it but sometimes doing it at least 3 times helps
