Blaze won't work out of the charger

When  I charge my Fitbit, I get the Fitbit logo appearing on my Fitbit. But once I take it out of the charger nothing happens. The screen goes black and stays black. Cannot get it to charge. Not sure what I should do with him frustrated. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Please try to perform a restart on your Blaze by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
