Blaze won't work outside the charger

Hi there

I bought my Fitbit Blaze today. Fully charged it and set it up and connected it with my phone. Then as soon as I take it out of the charger it goes black and doesn't go on no matter if I try reset it?

Any help?

Restarting it consecutively three times helps

If it does not I would take it back and exchange it. If here contact support

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Is your tracker working properly now or do you still having issues with it?
