Blaze won't work unless in charger

When I take my brand new Blaze out of the charger it won't work. It will sync to the app and say that the battery is fully charged, it has charged overnight. Any help ?

A warm welcome to the Forums @nogal. If your tracker is not working at the moment of taking it out of the charger, I recommend restarting your Blaze. If by restarting it you keep having inconveniences, feel free to get in touch with our support team. For a faster response you can contact them via chat or phone.

I have the same problem. I tried the restart process and after 30 seconds the Fitbit logo had not appeared. It only works in the charger and says it is fully charged.

I’m having the same problem. Won’t turn on. It will only work in the charger and sync in the charger. As soon as I take it out it shuts off and won’t turn on.

I contacted Fitbit and they said to return it. I got a replacement and it
works perfectly!
