Hi,

 

When I place my blaze in the charger, the battery says it's full, but when I take it out to use it, it depletes and shuts down in a couple of minutes. I've tried restarting it (via pressing and holding the back and bottom buttons) but this doesn't correct the problem.  

 

Any help would be appreciated.
