Hi everyone. I have a blaze and it says it's fully charged and it turns on in the charger but as soon as I take it out it turns off and won't turn on how do I fix this please?

Hi @Fionalouise06 it sounds like after 4-6 years, your battery has died.

This happened to someone else, (and to me as well) and Customer Support reached out to them. I hope you were able to reach out and get this resolved. I am dealing with the same issue at present

Try pressing the button and hold it for 10 seconds , it should restart..please let me know if it works
