Hi I got a fitbit blaze for Christmas and I've synched it to my phone then it came up telling me it needed a soft wear update and that the battery was low. Ive tried charging the battery but no charging symbol appears. When I try and update I keep getting an error message. Dashboard says battery full. Screen continues to say fitbit.com/setup.

The battery needs to completely die, then the charger will begin to charge it. So, you can just leave your tracker in the charger while the battery dies, and recharges. This can take over 24 hours, depending on how much of a charge is on your tracker when you first receive it. Then, your new device setup will work, proceeding with the software download.
