Don't know @Erubielandrew dod you check at www.fitbit.com/devices

If not listed there,  it does not mean it won't work,  just means Fitbit hasn't or is in the process of testing this phone. your experience  may vary.

It is posable that the phone has smaller enough hardware to others tyat some if not all the functions might work.

Maybe there is somebody with this model that can give an update.

Welcome to the Community @Erubielandrew and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

As recommended here by our friend, please check our list of compatible mobile devices. If your phone is not listed there, that's why you are having problems with your tracker connecting with your device. Keep in mind that you can always sync your Fitbit from a computer or compatible phone.
