Blaze wont connect to any phone

I'm assuming that the phones you tried are supported by fitbit (see list at www.fitbit.com/devices )

 

Can I check what you mean by "connect". Are you trying to setup a Blaze via the fitbit app or are you having trouble syncing a Blaze that's already completed the setup?

I would like to know if you keep having problems connecting your tracker with your phone? If you do, could you please specify which phone you have so I can provide you the correct troubleshoot? In the meantime, please check our list of compatible mobile devices.
