I've just got the new fitbit blaze today and I went online to set up, I all ready have the charge hr so all ready have the app set up. I went to connect the blaze via bluetooth with my phone, but it will not find it. my phone is up to date bluetooth on, the blaze is charged and turning on with the symbol and the set up address on, nothing else will come up with whatever buttons I press. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone and it still won't connect. please help!!!

That setup message on the Blaze is all that it will show until the setup is completed.
You mention connecting the Blaze via bluetooth. Were you doing this via the bluetooth settings or via the fitbit app? The connection needs to be made via the "set up a device" option in the account section of the app.

hi thanks for the reply, yes i'm trying to connect via the fitbit app, but it still isn't working.
